When you are wearing the referee uniform, you are representing FRYSC referees. Changing of game times and dates not only burdens coaches, players and parents, but causes difficulties with scheduling referees. Games will be started on time and coaches should have game cards and referee pay vouchers filled out and ready to present to the referee at least 15 minutes prior to the match.
