Team Referee Information

All teams in Divisions 2-5 and signature must supply the league with a licensed referee for at least 5 regular season games. If they fail to do so they must pay all referee fees for the home games of the regular season and 3 games of the city cup tournament per our handbook.

Submit the attached Team Referee form to Ranger Office. You will be given a check to cover your home games when your form is received.

Practice field assignments for the fall recreational and signature leagues are now available. Practices begin Monday, August 4. Refer to the attached field assignments. Refer to the attached practice field maps for your teams location. Please practice in your designated area and time slot only. Download and print a copy of the field permit. Any problems should be reported to the Director of Fields and Grounds, dir.fields@frysc.org.

Nets And Flags ... Pick-Up And Drop-Off Instructions

The Home Team for the first game listed is responsible to net/goal pick up and the Visitor Team for the last game listed is responsible for net/goal drop off. Nets and Goals can be picked up at 334 King Pl (see map under schedules). It is important that teams return the equipment to 334 King Pl that day. We have several Sunday games and teams playing Sunday will need to pickup their equipment Sunday Morning.

Coaches Shirt Orders

I need to get from all of you a size list for your coaches shirts. All coaches receive one shirt, but there are others available for $15. If they would like one for assistant coaches. If they would like to order an extra shirt, it needs to be a check or money order written to FRYSC, and sent to me. If they give it to you, I need to receive it before I can hand over the shirt. Last year, things got a little crazy with money being sent everywhere.

Live Scan Risk Management

All Fullerton Ranger Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Parents must have Risk Management on file at Cal South (CYSA-S). Once on file with Cal South, you never need to repeat the process again, your risk management does not expire.

There are a number of locations that offer the Live Scan service, here's a list of Live Scan Sites in Orange County. Please submit a completed Live Scan request form when attending the fingerprinting session . Visit Cal South KidSafe Risk Management Program for more information.

Codes Of Conduct

The USYSA (United States Youth Soccer Association) has adopted Codes of Conduct for parents, coaches, and players. It is intended to provide a clear understanding of the type of sport that the association will support and conversely "not support". The Fullerton Rangers is affiliated with USYSA and has adopted these guidelines for it's membership.
