Coaches meeting for Divisions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5U, 5L at the Fullerton Senior Center at Commonwealth and Highland. Information will be provided for the upcoming recreational soccer season.

All teams in Divisions 2-5 and signature must supply the league with a licensed referee for at least 5 regular season games. If they fail to do so they must pay all referee fees for the home games of the regular season and 3 games of the city cup tournament per our handbook.

Team Referee – Submit via email the referee information (Coach’s Name, Team #, Division, Referees Name, Ref’s Phone # and Ref’s email) to your commissioner. A checks to cover your home games will be given when your form is received.

Coaching requests are being accepted for the Recreational Fall Season. To be considered, please submit a Coaching Request Form. Any coach may freeze (pre-select) players. The coach and assistant coaches' children are included in the number frozen. The maximum number allowed to be frozen is as follows.

• Divisions 1-2 ... 5 freezes
• Divisions 3-4 ... 3 freezes
• Divisions 5-8 ... 2 freezes

Parental or guardian approval must be obtained in writing prior to any player being frozen.

Coaches need to complete the Player Freeze Form with parent signatures in order to freeze a player. Deadline for freezes is the last day of regular registration. Forward all requests to the Director of Coaches, dir.coaches@frysc.org.

I need to get from all of you a size list for your coaches shirts. All coaches receive one shirt, but there are others available for $15. If they would like one for assistant coaches. If they would like to order an extra shirt, it needs to be a check or money order written to FRYSC, and sent to me. If they give it to you, I need to receive it before I can hand over the shirt. Last year, things got a little crazy with money being sent everywhere.

All Fullerton Ranger Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Parents must have Risk Management on file at Cal South (CYSA-S). Once on file with Cal South, you never need to repeat the process again, your risk management does not expire.

The USYSA (United States Youth Soccer Association) has adopted Codes of Conduct for parents, coaches, and players. It is intended to provide a clear understanding of the type of sport that the association will support and conversely "not support". The Fullerton Rangers is affiliated with USYSA and has adopted these guidelines for it's membership.
