1. You or someone from your team must be present to pick up candy boxes, on candy pass out night.  September 5th, at Fullerton Sports Complex Silver Pine/Bastanchury.

2. You must bring your completed CANDY PASS form.

3. You and the COACH are responsible for your team’s candy money.  Make sure you keep a close track of which player sell candy, and the amount they sell.

Attention team candy representatives, this years candy distribution will be held Friday September 5th between 6:00pm and 8:30pm at the Fullerton Sports Complex. This is a team pick up, only one representative per team.

The FRY FLASH is a newsletter published by the Fullerton Rangers Youth Soccer Club. The following are instructions for writing and submitting team articles for the weekly newsletter. If you have any questions, please e-mail them to flash@fullertonrangers.org.

Each team is encouraged to submit a team article about the previous weekend's game. What a great way to show your support and team spirit! Volunteer to write the articles or perhaps share this enjoyment with other families from your team. Players look forward to reading about themselves and their team - win, lose, or tie. Your participation makes a difference and is a rewarding experience.

This our second year for the Fullerton Rangers Banner Contest. The contest will be held September 14th, 6:30pm at the Fullerton Sports Complex. Here are the contest rules:

• all homemade banners to be judged on site
• banner kits are allowed, no professional airbrushing

There will be prizes awarded to the teams for 1st prize - $100.00, 2nd prize - $75.00, and 3rd prize - $50.00. For more information contact Cathy at help@frysc.org or 714-526-3722.

Here is a bit of information about team banners. Most teams purchase banners from the local soccer shop, Soccer Town. The teams ask the players to pitch in about $10.

The banners are usually three by five feet, there is not a standard that the league requires teams to meet, Usually teams create a theme that matches the team name. They add all the players names with a ball, a silohette of a player, or even a photo of the player. They may also include the coaches, team parent, and sponsors names.

All Fullerton Ranger Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Team Parents must have Risk Management on file at Cal South (CYSA-S). Once on file with Cal South, you never need to repeat the process again, your risk management does not expire.

There are a number of locations that offer the Live Scan service, here's a list of Live Scan Sites in Orange County. Please submit a completed Live Scan request form when attending the fingerprinting session . Visit Cal South KidSafe Risk Management Program for more information.

The USYSA (United States Youth Soccer Association) has adopted Codes of Conduct for parents, coaches, and players. It is intended to provide a clear understanding of the type of sport that the association will support and conversely "not support". The Fullerton Rangers is affiliated with USYSA and has adopted these guidelines for it's membership.
