The Spring Tournament Rules are as stated below. Rules for games in the Spring Tournament are the same as those for the Spring League.

Tournament Rules

FIFA Rules and Spring League Rules will apply with the following modifications.

Tiebreakers

Games ending in a tie will go directly to PK's. Coaches please keep a copy of rules with you because if in doubt of rules referee's may use their discretion (FIFA Rule)

• We will flip a coin to decide order. Home team will call the flip and winner decides if they want to go first or 2nd.
• Each Player on the field will take a PK including the goalkeeper (only those on the field at the end will be involved with PK's).
• If tied after round of five - then we go one round at a time until a winner is decided.
• PK spot will be 10 yards from the end line in the center of the goal.
• Goalkeeper can be changed at anytime as long as the player was onthe field at the end of the game.
• All other FIFA Laws of the Game apply for Penalty Kicks and Procedures to Determine the Winner of the Match.
