The Recreational Teams program selects teams in Divisions 3, 4, 5U, and 5L to be invited to participate in the CYSA-S District 3 Traveling All-Stars Tournament.

The Traveling All-Stars will be selected from the pool of All-Stars that participated in the All-Stars Exhibition. The Traveling All-Star coaches and the Team Formation committee selects Traveling All-Star teams based on this pool of players.
