Each November at the Annual General Meeting, the Fullerton Rangers membership elect a Board of Directors. Among its functions, the Board attends to all of the business of the FRYSC, appoints committees and oversees their duties, and prepares the league's annual budget. The Board meets on the second Wednesday of each month. Monthly Board meetings are open to all members.
