If you are reffing division 6 you need to make sure you are making the players play the game correctly on re-starts. If they make an improper throw in correct it but let them re-take it. Goal kicks and corner kicks should be taken correctly. You are not only referees, but coaches. If they don't do it right, please correct it. Don't let things slide just because it's division 6.
