Fundraiser Representatives | Important Information1. You or someone from your team must be present to pick up candy boxes, on candy pass out night. September 5th, at Fullerton Sports Complex Silver Pine/Bastanchury. 2. You must bring your completed CANDY PASS form. 3. You and the COACH are responsible for your team’s candy money. Make sure you keep a close track of which player sell candy, and the amount they sell. 4. You will be given a supply of fliers for the fundraising prize program for each of your participating players. 5. Each candy bar is $1.00; each box contains 50 assorted candies. Each player that did not buy-out will be selling a box of candy. 6. Opened cases of candy or damaged boxes CANNOT be returned for any reason. Please refrain from writing, or taping on boxes, these are considered damaged. 7. To be eligible for a prize, the player must turn in all monies to you by Friday, October 10th, 2008, which must be turned into your division rep in the form of a Money Order, no later than Sunday, October 11th, 2007 at the Ranger Station from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. 8. Please encourage your player to sell. This helps to keep our registration cost down. 9. Keep in mind that the weather is hot; please store candy in a cool place, but Do Not Refrigerate!
