All Coaches, Cssistant Coaches and Team Parents need to have an admnistrators card.  Referees will not allow games to proceed without a Team Administrator present.  To be a Team Administrator, you need to complete the Live Scan and return the attached form along with a 1" by 1" photo to your Commissioner.
