Having the parent assistance allows the Coach to do the most important jobs: Establish a good working rapport with the trainer, work with the trainer to establish the direction for the team, communicate effectively with Parents, assist in the recruiting of players, the evaluation process, instilling the TEAM CONCEPT with everyone, and the single most important job of all: Do it right for the Kids!
In the end, the necessary ingredients needed for team success are: The Players, Coach, Trainer, and Parents. The Team Coach is the glue that bonds the entire team together. This includes Players, Parents, Coaches Trainers and Administrators. J
