Presidents Message | May 2006I would like to introduce myself, Mary Kraszewski this year’s President. While I consider myself a ‘lifer’ in the Ranger family, almost 15 years, I am by no means an expert. This organization has changed from 5 year olds playing 11 v 11 on a full sized field, to small sided games with no standings. I applaud the dedication of those who have shaped our league with vision, placing player's first politics last. I hope to continue this positive growth with our present board, commissioners, coaches and as always our dedicated parents. Communication is the key so feel free to phone or email me with ideas, solutions as well as things we need to fix. The time and seasons fly by and so it is time to think about the fall soccer season. With that comes coaching opportunities, we have lots of new coaching DVD’s for your reference as well as a new ‘training manual’ for lack of a better word that will only enhance practices with drills and thrills. We are hosting two referee clinics this summer and we all know everyone wants a whistle! With all this comes renewed excitement for the soccer season and the special times we share with our children. From Division 8 to U-19 we are here for the kids. Enjoy it all! I’m very excited to say our On-Line Registration is up and running thanks to a lot of hard work and collaboration by our Technology Team. We have extended our registration deadline until May 18th. At that time we will be hosting our last walk in registration opportunity at our office, fondly called the ‘Ranger Station’, located at 1040 S. Raymond #C. Hours for registration are 6pm-9pm. So if you don’t feel like standing in line, get on-line! See you on the pitch and everywhere in between! categories: President
