All games are scheduled by the scheduling committee. Changing of game times and dates not only burdens coaches, players and parents, but causes difficulties with scheduling referees. Games will be started on time and coaches should have game cards and referee pay vouchers filled out and ready to present to the referee at least 15 minutes prior to the match. In the event of rain, all parties should check the web site to see if fields are open. If it begins to rain during a match the match will continue and will not be suspended unless there is lightening.
