When dealing with problems and issues in the Fullerton Rangers Youth Soccer Club, it is very important that a “Line of Contact” be followed.  When faced with a problem, parents need to discuss the issue first with the TEAM COACH.  If satisfactory resolution can not be achieved, then the person should address the COMMISSIONER of the particular division.  If the Commissioner, Coach, and parent can not resolve the matter, then the person should address the DIRECTOR OF COACHES or TEAM FORMATION.  The Director shall try to reach resolution.  If still unresolved, the PLAYER AGENT shall review the matter at hand.  The final place to handle problems is the PRESIDENT of the FRYSC.  It is rare that a problem will have to follow the entire “Line of Contact”.  If it is not followed, a person will be sent back to follow the line.

Depending upon the nature of the complaint, some issues may need to be addressed by Team Formation, Trial Board, Referee Committee, Scheduling Committee, Protest and Appeals Committee, or Rules and Regulations Committee.  If you have a question regarding any of these issues, please contact your Commissioner.
